Time Keeps on Ticking...

Only 50 more days until I am one!! WOOHOO! I know that it makes mommy sad to think about but I can't wait. It is going to be so much fun to be one. Plus I get to have a big party that is ALL about me...not that life isn't all about me anyways. Hehe, it's not my fault I am spoiled! I am having a great time crawling and exploring everything. Mommy and I have been going to Little Gym and I love it. I get to be with other babies and toddlers and climb on all kinds of cool things. Granny and Pop have been here for the past week and it has been so much fun. They keep talking about someone named Ike and they seem mad at him. I am not sure what Ike did but I am glad he is gone. Mommy has only been working 3 days a week and then the rest of the time she is at home with me. It is the best thing EVER! I wish she could be home all the time. I hate when she has to go to work. The other day she told me that I am going to have a lot of new friends to play with soon because lots of people are having babies at her work. Daddy has also been home more lately. He hasn't been going on those big airplane things as much anymore. It is so much fun to have mommy and daddy here. I just started to wear big girl pajamas a few weeks ago because I am too tall to wear those ones with the feet in them. Also, mommy got sick a few weeks ago and had to stay in bed all day. I kept trying to go see her by crawling to the door and standing up but she didn't open it. Not even when I was crying and banging on it. I don't know why she and daddy were laughing at me, I just wanted my mommy. I am getting tired so I better go have a bottle and take a nap with my baby. NightNight.

Prayer Request

I am sure everyone already has it on their radar but please please please keep not only my family but everyone who is going to be affected by this hurricane in your prayers. My parents made it to our house safely last night however they are both physically and emotionally exhausted. I ask that you pray for them to both have peace of mind now and with whatever Ike may bring. Also pray for safety of all those in the path of Ike (as well as us up here since we seem to be in the later path).

Guess What!!

I can finally tell everyone!! Kaley is going to be a big sist.....I mean cousin! Hehe! Yes it is true there is another Little Bit on the way, only this time it is Little Bit Mazurek!

Anyways, it is official and I can finally spread the news that my older brother and sister-in-law are expecting their first little one on March 18. I could not be more excited to be an Aunt!! WOOHOO! I was a bit surprised when I heard the news a few weeks ago because I was expecting it to be a few years before Kaley had any cousins but it looks like we won't have to wait too long after all.

I am so excited for Brett and Bethany. I know that they will be amazing parents. I am not so secretly hoping for a little girl only because Brett SO deserves to have one! But then again I love little boys too. Everyone always says they just pray for a healthy baby and I can honestly say that is all I hope for!

Good luck over the next 6 months you two. Enjoy this time between just the two of you. I am so happy for you guys and love you so much! A baby is a true joy and you will never experience anything else like it!
