Movie Monday-We're on Holiday!

Sorry to those of you that check each week for movie monday. I am on "holiday" this week-well not really but I just couldn't get it together this week. Look back next week!

Movie Monday-This and That

This could probably also be titled the Late Night Edition. Sorry (Pop) for getting this up so late but there was lots going on today. Anyways, this might be the most random MM I have posted; but then again, maybe not! We start off with Kaley's first ever Red Light Green Light game, then on to Jaelynn talking, Hayden walking, and last...about 2 minutes of Kaley dancing! Enjoy!

Good Riddance!

A couple weekends ago we headed up to Lubbock to see my "little" brother graduate from Texas Tech University! John and I haven't been to Lubbock since I was about 8 months pregnant with Kaley which was almost 3 years ago for those of you that don't want to do the math! :) We are so proud of Uncle Lee for all that he has accomplished! I am so glad that we were able to be there for his graduation and show him how much we love and support him! During the graduation ceremony we got to sit in the Chancellor's box at the United Spirit Arena (TTU basketball stadium) because Lee worked for the Chancellor. It definitely made the experience much more pleasant seeing as we had a 2 year old, a 10 month old and a 5 month old (Stella). It was so nice to be able to get up and walk around or let Kaley sit in front of the laptop watching a movie! Here are a few of the MANY photos from graduation.

Up next for Uncle Lee-White water rafting, interviewing for dental school and then off to Peru on a one way ticket for who knows how long so please keep him in your prayers over the next couple of months! We love you Uncle Lee and couldn't be more proud!

Just wanted to send a special message to someone very special!

Aunt Bethany is always so good about doing a special Happy Birthday post to everyone so we thought we would do a special one for her! It's a BIG Birthday today...she is turning the big 2-5! HAHAHA! What? That isn't the right age? Could have fooled us; you don't look a day over 25! Love you!

Movie Monday-Chitchat

Double Digits!

Another month has gone by which means my baby is 10 months old!

~about 16.5 lbs this is just mommy weighing herself and then holding Jaelynn and weighing both of us)

~28 inches

~Size 2 diapers

~Same as last month: Still primarily in 3-6 month clothes but can also do some 6 or 9 month depending on the brand. I have finally pulled out some of her 6-12 month gymbo outfits because I couldn't wait for her to wear them! They are big but still CUTE!

~Sleeps 11 hours at night and usually takes 2 2 hour naps.

~Crawling faster each day.

~Pulling up to stand on just about everything and letting go every now and then.

~Still no interest in crawling up the stairs which mommy is very happy about!

~Eats a ton of EVERYTHING except purees!

~Drinks from a sippy cup, straw cup, open cup, and water bottle

~Her favorite word is "Hi" and she says it and waves EVERY time you walk in the room

~Mimics baby, book, pop, mama, dada, and I am sure some other words that I can't think of right now

~Plays with her sister non stop

~Signs milk when she wants her bottle or wants to eat

~Blows in the recorder and harmonica to play it

~Loves to crawl in the tunnel and play with balls

~A VERY happy baby pretty much all the time.

~Loves to crawl around with something in her mouth (a jump rope, a doll, animal, etc.)

~Throws herself backward off daddy's knees when she is playing giddy-up. I will have to catch this on video-it is a little scary!

~Loves to swim, blow bubbles, kick and splash in the pool.

~Can sit and look at a book all by herself for up to 10 minutes.

~Will play in the toilet water if you leave the door open

~Dances to any music playing

~Plays in Bayla's water if you leave it on the floor

~Holds anything that looks like a phone up to her ear and acts like it is a phone (she even says "Hi")

~Gives open mouth kisses and even sneaks a little tongue in sometimes

~Still no teeth!
