Vacations End...

I will start by apologizing for not posting yesterday!  I was doing so well until then but since it was our last day I wanted to spend some quality time with my brother and his family.  Then when we got back to the hotel it was time to pack up and by the end of the night I was just too tired to post.  So here are pics from our last day!

We had such a great time seeing Brett, Bethany and Marley.  I hate that we all live so far apart!  We already miss them!

This morning we were able to wake up and have breakfast at Cracker Barrel with the Mazurek family one more time before we headed to the airport.  Kaley did a great job on the airplane yet again!  I am so blessed to have such an easy-going daughter.  She sat in her carseat again on the plane which was very nice and slept about half the way.  We had no fussing or crying and no ear clearing problems (that we could tell).  She was a very good girl.  So, now we are home and just getting back into the swing of things before the week starts on Monday!

I have my 20 week prenatal appointment on Friday (Can you believe tomorrow marks the halfway point?) so I am looking forward to getting to see Jaelynn and make sure that everything looks good.  That is it for my posting (almost) everyday.  I can't promise when I will post again...

Flippity Flop Dresses and Retail Therapy

This week is really giving John and me a look into the future at what Kaley will be like as a big sister!  I really think she is going to be a great big sister to Jaelynn.  She loves holding "Baby Marney" (that is how Kaley pronounces her name) and giving her hugs and kisses, she helps with diaper changes by trying to console Marley if she is crying, and throwing away the diaper.  She just loves her baby Marley!

Today was day two of babysitting Marley and it was great.  John and I love being able to relax and just play with the girls during the day.  Marley also had her 2 month well check today so I went with she and Bethany to the appointment while Daddy and Kaley came back to the hotel to take a little swim in the pool.  Bethany made Auntie Em hold Marley down on the table during the shots and then hand her off to Mommy so that Mommy could comfort her.  I really didn't mind being the "mean" Aunt because she recovered so quickly from the shots!  She did such a great job.  It is amazing to me at how many similarities the two girls had.  After the doctor it was time for some "retail therapy".  We headed to the mall to pick up some of the new Gymboree Watermelon line among other things...Bethany and I are definitely a lethal (to the bank account) shopping pair together!  It was great fun and the girls will look so cute.  We had to pick up one more outfit for the girls to make sure they match all 5 days!  We only had matching outfits until the shopping trip.  But don't worry we now have one for each day!  Today's pretty dress had flip flops on the bottom of it!  It was too cute!

Wow, I am very impressed with myself!  Two posts in two days while on vacation!  Go me!  Haha, really it's just because I can't wait to show off how cute Kaley and Marley are.  So on to it then...here are some more pics from yesterday and then some from today too!
