A Dozen = 1

~18 lbs 13 oz (15%)
~28.5 inches (28%)
~Has 2 bottom teeth and 2 top ones breaking through.
~Size 2 diapers are getting small so as soon as we finish up what we have we will be moving to 2-3.
~She can pretty much wear any sizes. In the past 2 weeks she has worn a 0-3 month outfit, a 3-6, 6-12 and 12 month! Needless to say buying clothes has been a little difficult. 2 weeks ago I bought her a pair of pants that were 6-12 months and at the time they fit. I tried to put them on her the other day and they were about 2 inches too short! Thankfully we have all of sisters old clothes and we just got a BIG box of clothes from a very special cousin :) We love hand-me-downs!
~About 3 weeks ago she decided she no longer wanted to sleep during her afternoon nap. However, mommy was not about to have the girls napping at opposite times! So we transitioned to one afternoon nap. She usually sleeps from about 1:30 or 2 until 4:30 or 5. Still sleeping 12 hours at night!
~Can crawl up the stairs.
~Stands independently.
~Refuses to take any steps without holding on to something!
~Signs more, all done, eat and milk consistently and appropriately.
~Continues to mimic all kinds of words and sounds. Words she has started to say spontaneously when she sees it- "buppy" (puppy), "baby" and "baybe" (Bayla).
~Puts objects into containers and holes.
~Puts coins in the toy piggy bank.
~Can bring a loaded spoon to her mouth and attempts to scoop.
~Has a SERIOUS temper and does NOT like to share her toys.
~Loves to push the buttons on the cable box and DVD player. Thinks it is funny to pause sister's TV shows.
~Loves to slide down the slide all by herself.
~Grabs things from you and then "run" crawling away as fast as she can.
~Crawls over and hugs mommy and daddy around the neck spontaneously.
~Never likes to be still or held for more than about 30 seconds!
~Loves to be outside and would stay outside and would play in the yard all day if you let her.

Well folks, that is it for the monthly posts! It has been fun looking back at what she has done each month. I wish I had done this as thoroughly with Kaley as I did with Jaelynn. Oh well, you live and learn!
